Repackaged Old Mod

Quick question

I have some textures that my partner really loves, some of them were old, some of them were xnb overwrites.

Now I don't like overwrite mods as there's little control over these when updating the game, so I repackaged these into Content Patcher mods what she could easily install.

What I want to know, is can I upload these to Nexus Mods or here as long as I credit where I have sourced them from?

Just some of them are really nice but have been long forgotten by the creator.

Most mods on Nexus have a permissions and credits list. In this tab you can see what the creator says about re-posting or crediting.

Yeah unfortunately, this wasn't hosted on Nexus mods and the account is long inactive. Not a big deal, just worth an ask.
