Hi,
My best friend and I have a co-op farm. Year 4 over 80 hours. All of a sudden the file has disappeared, won't back up/re-download, and SWITCH Support told me to more or less reach out to CA. Has anyone been able to fix this issue before? We're both practically in tears over this LOL it's gotten us through a really tough time and losing this file is heartbreaking. Looking for any advice or help someone could give. Willing to spend money on an IT professional to help anyone thinks that would make a difference. I don't know. We're pretty desperate.
