So, I was doing some grinding in the Skull Cavern because it was the Desert Festival. I was a normal run, I didn't press any buttons to make the cavern dangerous/hard. it was going smoothly, and then I reached, if I remember correctly, floor 13-16 and it was a mummy floor. I killed a mummy and for some reason, that mummy dropped a single Qi gem. I had no Qi quests activated, and it wasn't even a dangerous mode. That Qi gem, after dropping, went straight to my Qi gem inventory. I wish I could've recorded the whole thing so it would be easier to break down. I thought it would be some kind of bug for mobile so I had to make this report so it would be fixed in soon or in the near future.
