Question about the alien

I was playing, normally when I' m coming from Robin's house going down through the path that leads to the museum an in that area of trees that is fenced of I saw the alien pass by. But then I went to the wiki and in the wiki the alien is not said to pass there.

I it was not a possum that one I have seen tons of times and the big foot I have seen in the secret woods.
