Switch Quest Bug

Background: this is like my 10nth farm
On this farm I waited until the 5th of summer to complete the 'Introductions' quest but once i met everyone the quest still says I have only met 27/28 and has not gone to the next part of the quest 'give someone a gift'.
Maybe has to do that I didn't complete the quest in spring?

Try meeting the shopkeepers again. Sometimes the quest acts funny if you only talk to them over the counter.
