Issue Purple Gem Nodes dropping item called "Gem name"

Platform: Windows 11 Pro
Game version: 1.6.9

Steps i did

1. Launch Stardew Valley (single-player).
2. Enter the Mines.
3. Encounter large numbers of purple gem-like nodes.
4. Break these nodes, and receive an item literally named "Gem name".

Expected vs. Actual Results

• Expected: Typically, I’d receive standard gem drops (e.g., Amethyst, Quartz, etc.) or at least items with correct names.
• Actual: I’m getting an item literally called "Gem name". This has never happened in my other saves; I’ve never seen these purple gem nodes or such odd drops before.

Really don't know what mod this is coming from...
I’ll include screenshots to show what it looks like in my game. Any help or insight on why these purple gem nodes appear or why they drop "Gem name" would be greatly appreciated!

I also had this issue- it was after the desert festival first day in the skull caverns

Looking into my recently downlaoded files and it seems to be custom nodes for content patcher- I'm not sure why it works this way though?

it was the item extensions mod- i removed it and its working now (i aklso removed all additional downloaded files from it)
