Woah. It’s really been that long!2 years of the cap
Guess the devs don’t care about such an IMPORTANT patch that destroys the functionality and enjoyment of the game for PS5 users looking to move their saves over from PS4!!
What a load of s. I really used to enjoy the game too! I just don’t want to have start over again & o won’t!!
Hope ConcernedApe or some dev sees this and actually rectifies this YEARS OLD BUG!

Yup as you said, at least we put up a good fight for our farms.
Mine is +300hrs and I can’t imagine starting all over. I didn’t play Stardew Valley since 1 year because of it, but I managed to transfer my save file from PS4 into my PS5 so it’s waiting there… and I hope it works. If not then damn - RIP my farm and RIP my hours of gameplay. I still really loved it and Stardew Valley saved my life so I’m grateful but also hateful for that I can’t play anymore like I want - on my old farm where I left my heart
Anyway - money spent on digital version, why would they care about it when they rich af and tons of people buying the game? We are the OG’s who started on physical disc and that’s conclusions drawn from this story. 50 milion copies sold worldwide, why would they care about 2 soldiers and probably 100s of people with the same problem, when the game selling in millions

You’re right. This issue will probably never be seen by the devs & live on ad infinitum. ConcernedApe or any devs for that matter clearly are more interested in pushing the digital copy & not listening to the community on issues like this that have been going on FOR YEARS!!!Yup as you said, at least we put up a good fight for our farms.

Please Devs, for the love of heck, fix this bug. It has gone on for TOO LONG AND IT IS ISOLATING SO MANY PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL COPIES FROM PLAYING STARDEW ON PS5!!!
