Problems after ios 26 update

So I update my ipad into ios 26 because I want to keep my ipad updated but my problem was after the update my games become laggy including Stardew Valley has anyone experience this? Also the lag what I’m talking about was after I minimize the game it runs like from 60fps to 24 fps it was frustrating

If you save, close the app completely, and restart and reload, does it go back to normal? Also, have you rebooted your iOS device recently?

I had the same problem on my 14 Pro after updating the iOS but it seems to only be an issue when my phone is on Low Power Mode.

This is a sort of turn it off turn it on suggestion, but try backing up all your files (going into the files app and copying the saves over to somewhere not in the stardew folder), then delete and redownload the game.

If this doesn't fix it then the problem is probably stardew-side and will probably be fixed in an upcoming patch
