Issue problem with xnb

Making a portrait mod,

But I keep coming along this error no matter what I try
I already redownloaded stardew valley to see if that was the issue but it didn't help

I've done this before and it worked fine then but now I just keep getting this same error, does anyone know what the problem is, heres what it looks like in my cmd:

You can use this instead. A lot easier. https://github.com/Pathoschild/StardewXnbHack/releases

As for your problem... you didn't change to the correct path first...
"Type "cd [the path to your Stardew Valley installation]". If you are unsure of the path, navigate to your installation folder and check its file path.
For me for example, it is "cd c:\steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley" "

The default Steam location for SDV is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley
