The name uses a translation for a different definition of the English word stuffing, an actual translation does not exist. In my opinion, keeping it as Stuffing in portuguese as well would be ok.
About the description. I fell like it should say something like “Ahh… o cheiro de pão quente (quentinho? Ou morno, oq soar melhor) e sálvia/salva.”. Instead, it says “ah… o doce de pão quente e salva”, which roughly translates to “the sage and hot bread sweet”, as far as I know, this dish is not a dessert, but it’s not from where I’m from, as evidenced by the fact that there is no proper translation to portuguese.
