I've been trying to install the DC Burger portrait mod with no success. I use Vortex since Nexus mods don't download to my laptop without it, though I've tried manually downloading the 1.5.1 file, extracting it, and moving it to the mods folder on my laptop. Other mods seem to work fine with enabling/disabling in Vortex, though portrait mods do not work and give me an "empty folder in Vortex" error (I've tested a few portrait mods).
What might be the issue here and what can I do to fix it?
