Windows Please help! Friendship doesn't increase after marriage

Good evening,

I've encountered a problem whereby my friendship level with my spouse (Leah, in my case) doesn't increase. I've already restarted the game several times but it still won't increase from 10 onwards, even after giving her several gold quality goat cheeses.

Since I'm trying perfection achievement on this savefile, I'd rather keep playing thus I need this bug fixed.
Attached you'll find the savefile. Game language is in English, I've got Windows 10 Home on my pc.

Can someone help with this?

Friendship gain/loss with your spouse is 2/3 the normal points.

Keep going, you may just need to give more gifts

On her birthday, try giving her an iridium goat cheese, followed by a stardrop tea. I did this with Sam the day after marriage (timed it so his birthday was the day after we got married) and he went from 10 hearts up to the max of 14. Good luck!
