Please add Cross play

My girlfriend and I are on different platforms, im on Xbox, she's on pc. We really want to play together is there anything that can be done to play together.

This is a popular request, but it's worth keeping in mind that even if the game did support crossplay, it won't be available at any point when the different platforms are on different versions of the game, including right now.

It's worth mentioning that both PC and Xbox do support split-screen co-op on a single device. But if you are looking to play online multiplayer, you will both need a copy of the game on the same platform.

Also hasn't CA confirmed multiple times in the past that crossplay isn't going to happen?

I think he's said it's very unlikely, I'm not sure if he's outright denied any possibility
