Hello... I went to Pierres store at 10:20 AM on Thursday and when you try to go in it says "Its locked"

There must be some festive activities like Luau or Halloween or Fishing festival.

If it’s an “event day” like the Flower Dance or Luau, all shops are just flat closed and locked. That feels like the most likely explanation to me.
I can’t find any information on when / if Pierre goes to Harvey’s clinic for a check-up, but if it were that, I’d expect the door to be unlocked but Pierre to just not be behind the counter.

A little off topic but I had this exact same conversation on the stardew valley discord with someone this morning and it's throwing me for a loop, turns out they weren't even on a festival day.... they just tried to enter at 7 am lol.
