I could also imagine she sells her pics at a fair, similar to what Leah did with her art show.

OK okok, since ChatGPT and these AI doohickeys are a thing now, Elliot could also use a bit of character expansion where he asks the Farmer about certain topics for his book from time to time, and every so often when enough topic information is gleaned, the game does a ChatGPT (or whatever) query. This generates the first paragraph or 3 of Elliot's novel from these prompts that you can 'preview' at the Stardew Valley Fair, like Haley's photos and Leah's art.
