Switch Perfection Tracker won't complete

The perfection tracker says that I haven't found all the Stardrops, but I have 508 Max Energy, which (according to the Wiki) is the maximum energy you can get from Stardrops.

I've gone back and double checked all the Stardrops;

• I've caught all the fish and got Willy's letter
• I've finished the Museum and can't collect any further rewards
• Bought one from Krobus
• Bought one from the Fall Festival
• Got one in the Mine (there is no chest in floor 100, in normal state and Qi's dangerous state
• Got one from Maru whom I married
• Tried giving the Statue in the forest a Sweet Gem Berry (Eyes are dark, and I cannot interact with it, even if I'm holding another Gem Berry).

Unless there's a secret eighth Stardrop that the Wiki doesn't list, it seems this is bugged.

Other Info:

• Platform: Nintendo Switch
• Version: 1.5.4.1
• Language: English
• Single player

Since I'm playing this on the Nintendo Switch, modifying my save game file or using Stardew Checkup isn't possible, as far as I'm aware, anyway. I'm really bummed out because I was really looking forward to getting the endgame stuff. If any one please could share some knowledge to get around this, or if this can be reported to the developer to be fixed in a patch, that would be great!
