First time reaching Perfection on Windows 11. I play on Steam. No mods-- all vanilla. I verified my game files before re-creating the bug. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game before re-creating the bug as well. I deleted my save file and restored it from the cloud, just in case it was somehow corrupted, and the bug persists.
When I reach the summit, the cut scene, sprites video, and non-cutscene summit do not load the sky background. I visited at 9 AM and everything was black (screen shot and game files attached).
If I leave the summit and come back, the sky is still black. The sky just isn't loading.
I have another Windows computer (also windows 11) which does load the sky in this scene.
I am also unable to re-create the bug on Android or Steam Deck. I've apparently lost my perfection game on Switch so I can't verify if it's happening there, too.
