Xbox Perfection Percentage

Single-player but may classify as multi-player as my husband joined my world once for a total of 2 minutes
Hi all! I am on my first ever save file and play through and have made it my goal to get perfection! When i was playing last week my percentage to perfect was 52% now when i go check it its dropped down to 47% and says i no longer have monster slayer but i do! I was wondering if this is a bug or if theres an easy fix to it? Im on xbox so im not very savvy in how to fix things. Thanks in advance!

Hey, same thing has happened to me and my wife, we play 2 player and are nearly 800 hours in and on third play through. We have been checking perfection stats and was doin good at around 77% and both have completed monster slayer, over night in game for some reason it now says both of us have not completed monster slayer. Must be a glitch. Dont think there is any fix for this.. but the big problem is if it dosent revert back to saying we have completed monster slayer we will never get 100% completion...

Temporary workaround, kill a monster.

Achievements are displayed on the player menu, under the "Collections" tab, on the "Achievements" tab found at the bottom left, on every platform other than Xbox. If playing the game on Steam or PlayStation, additional achievements are available.
