Windows "Operation completed successfully (0x0)"

I have a problem where i am not able to start stardew on steam. Whenever I click on play, it reads " Failed to start process for this game: "The operation completed successfully."(0x0)" I am able to start it seperately in the game file, but id really like to collect the achievements on steam. I somehow wasnt able to find the errorlog.
~Im playing on Windows 10 Pro, the new 1.6 Update, singleplayer and in english~

For anyone having the same issues, reinstalling steam did it for me
