  • explain the issue (including any pattern you noticed about when it happens); I've got a 79 Oak Tree forrest at the desert. Roughly 8 of them have turned into Green Rain Trees permanently.
  • full error text (if any); no
  • what OS you are using; PC Steam
  • in-game language; English
  • single-player or multiplayer; Mostly multiplayer
  • anything else you think might be relevant; I suspect that these trees were interacted with during the Green Rain event which might be why this was caused? Not 100% sure though. I presume the tappers vanished on the Oak trees,
  • if you experience a bug that isn't cosmetic, please upload your save file! You can get your save this way: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Saves ; when I open the saves folders from this website, all the save files do not show up oddly.

I'm having this same issue on PC.
Some of my trees are randomly turning into green rain trees permanantly and it's ruining the farm layout. I wonder if anything can be done to fix this

I've noticed this happening on Switch as well. Just oak trees so far. The only solution once they've changed seems to be chopping them down and replanting.

To stop it from happening in the first place, I'm thinking of trying to use a rain totem to override the green rain event when I see it coming, though I'm not sure this is even possible.

I know the change for trees is supposed to be temporary, but something is obviously off when it comes to oak trees reverting to normal.
