npcs stuck???

i'm so confused!! this keeps happening over and over again. at first, i thought my game just bugged out, so i closed it and restarted. but it happened again and again and again. my game is modded quite a bit, but this has never happened before :( does anyone know how to solve this?

edit: i'm trying to get on the bus to go to the desert for the desert festival, but pam is stuck in the pile of npcs T__T

Do you play with mods? if you do then that might be why...

Definitely the mods... not all mods play well together.

Who you got in that pile of npcs lolol?? I think I'm seeing Penny, and I think Jacob from East Scarp(Mod)

I'm sorry though, It's probably mods conflicting with each other and their walking paths. :(
