Mac NPCs not showing up at flower dance

hey guys, need help on this. for some reason, a lot of NPCs are not showing up to the flower dance (clint, marnie, lewis, willy, etc); so I can't start the dance.

Are all your mods updated to 1.6?

Yes, Prior to the 1.6 update, this never happened to me. I had updated all of my mods.
