NPC reactions

Idk if anyone else thinks this but it might be a good idea to make the NPCs a bit more reactive? Like based on energy and health levels. So if the player has really low health and energy an NPC could have a certain dialogue chain, if they get in a serious relationship, married, have kids, etc. I feel like it's a bit odd without those kinds of responses and the game would be a bit cooler with that kind of interaction.
