Switch NPC’s walking through walls and Horse goes through fences.

I’m on year 3 now with a completed community center. A few days ago (irl) when I entered Jodi’s house Kent walked through the kitchen wall. I forgot to take a screenshot. Then just now when I went in their house Jodi came through the kitchen wall walked through the plant, the chair, the table, and is now stuck in the lowest wall by the door. I also remembered walking between the fences on my farm. I thought I missed a spot when I was placing them but I didn’t. I tried to do it again later but it didn’t work, until I was riding my horse. While riding the horse I’m able to go through fences. Also the NPC’s have been disappearing. No one is ever in the saloon when they should be. Clint wasn’t in the community center on Friday like he was supposed to be. And I never see anyone walking around anymore.
