Solved no letter from willy for boat, help!

heyhey, so i finished the community center, and im supposed to get a letter from willy asking him to visit him, and the part with the boat and stuff. theproblem is, i never got that letter. does anyone know what to do?

No, it's mobile that doesn't have the update yet. There is also no known release date, it seems to have been delayed by legal issues. The update is only on PC and console versions at the moment.
