Issue No errors with mods, yet it loads vanilla SV

I can't find any errors in the log and when I start up SV I see SMAPI load up the mods, yet when I start a new farm its just vanilla SV. I can't figure out whats wrong.

I wanted to try Stardew Valley Expanded with the Grandpa's farm map and they are both in my mods folder along with all the other frameworks
