Just thought I combine some of my older suggestions and update a couple of them too and make some new suggestions that would could work with some of them old ones

Tea leaves exist, just wished to point that out.
Really nice suggestions otherwise, I agree with some of them and others may not be reasonable to add.
This might be better as a mod too.

Tea Leaves we have, yes, and recolors i don't care about.
I would like new drinks, that would require animal products and/or new crops we'd get.

Pond styles would be nice, as we only have a few, and not very special, imo.
Maybe needing new materials for them could be sweet.

New crops and fishies are always nice to have added.
New animals would be great, both for new animal products and for the view.

All these new things also should give new clothing styles, so we can use them for that, too.
Maybe some prestige ones, requiring 3-5 cloth.

New places would be awesome, even without huge storylines, just some new places to visit(maybe a few places that hint some hidden lore/facts about The Haunted Chocolatier).
Said new places having new seeds and maybe some new animals we'd be able to buy, and some more new items(not important ones, just minor stuff, including recipes for them, which could also require stuff we have for long now, so they'll become more useful), including furniture.
New places also having a few new NPCs we could befriend, even if not marrying, having more friends would be nice.

Maybe some rewards for 10 hearts with the non-marriageable ones.
These new people could be interested in already existing villagers' lifestyles (Linus, Leah, Elliott, Marnie, Wizard, Sandy and Leo), giving you quests like taking letters to one of these, then answered ones that you'd have to return(no time limit, or a week, at least), and people like Leo can't write, so the farmer would do that for them, i guess.
Could be a little more complicated, by needing Ink... Squid Ink?

Whoops, so much ideas from just that list the OP posted, haha!
