Need help fixing speech bubble bug!

Hello!! I need some help fixing this minor bug. My character is constantly having a speech bubble above her head. it flickers from small to big constantly. I am not the best at modding or fixing so sorry in advance if its a small problem :3

And please be so kind to explain what I need to do!! that works best for me :D
I also added my smapi log.

also to mention - i have no idea what caused this so i cannot give that information. and i am using my windows pc!

So I was able to fix my problem (it was flickering, not sure if that's the same) but I pulled up the emotes and just picked one and then it went away. Pressing "I".
