Mac My Stardew Valley screen looks weird

Today, I moved my save file from my phone (iOS) to macOS. I play the game through Steam. However, the screen looks strange (like picture below), and I don't know how to adjust it to the correct screen format for my Mac.

Please guide me so I can continue playing on this save file. Thank you very much.

Open the game settings and try changing the zoom and/or UI scale.
