My farm suddenly disappeared

I have four farms but one disappeared, And I'm really upset because it's the one that I put so much progress into :( , my sister told me that it might be because steam updated, is there a way I can get my farm back?

That's odd, Steam updates shouldn't remove any save files. If only one is missing, I take it to mean it's not showing up in the 'Load' list in the launcher? What operating system are you using?
