Android My farm of year 2 go back to year 1

Hello! I'm new here and I would like to ask for help! I was trying out my phone's second space. After I switched back to my phone's first space and opened Stardew Valley, I was surprised to see that the layout of my farm was from Year 1. Last time I played, it was Summer Year 2.

Is there any chance that I can retrieve the farm from year 2? Thank you so much in advance¡
