Switch my ducks are a lil stupid

my ducks will sometimes enter a glitch state where they just go back and forth like green shells in Super Mario Bros. I can’t make them go in the direction of the coop, but the one time I did, it went in the coop and just came right back out. I’m playing on Switch 1.6, please help

Try changing the map... For example: go inside your house and come back out... That should help.
