Hi guys, first time here and i'm really shocked, so please forgive me if this is not the correct section.
explain the issue (including any pattern you noticed about when it happens):
My friend and I started a new game last Thursday. I accidentally chose "remix bundle" and neither of us were familiarr with it. So, the game started with the community center having four slots opened, which are crafts, vault, fish, collecting. Moreoever, there are also some slots filled already even when we were just entering the community center. Both of us were confused but because I had checked remixed bundled so i thought it's what it is. However, as we now enter the second year and submitted the last piece of wanted items (truffle) we found that the missing Boiler Room scroll is not showing up at all. We checked lots of posts and videos and wikis, and from our past game experience, the BR should actually start quite early. So we''re really shocked and confused and we hope this can be solved. Has this happened to anyone before and how is this solved? Please help.

what OS and device you are using: windows os. i think it's win 11 from my side
in-game language: started with EN then changed to Chinese
single-player or multiplayer: multi
if you're using controller or keyboard/mouse: mouse and keyboard
anything else you think might be relevant: I have never used any mods before. My friend has had mods but they never afffected the Community Center bundles before.
