I love that we can put unequipped Frog Eggs in fish tanks! It's a more fun way to store them than a chest, lets me more easily see what variants I own, and makes having multiple feel less redundant.
However, I do wish there was a similar way to display the Fairy Box fairies (which, like frogs, come in different colors, albiet this is only really visible in multiplayer) and the Parrot Egg parrot.
Maybe we could have a perch for the parrot? A style similar to what Emily uses for her parrot could be available from Marnie like other "pet/livestock supply" furniture and the birdhouse. The style of perch found around Ginger Island, meanwhile, could be acquired from the Island Trader.
Not sure about fairies. Maybe some kind of whimsical little house? (Fairy houses seem to be a pretty popular theme for DIY garden art! Maybe it could be a craftable decoration?) Alternatively, like @FilthyGorilla suggested below, maybe being able to "store" them in the Butterfly Hutch?
