Issue modding api not opening

at first it would launch but then suddenly crash but if i spammed clicked the api would open but no text would load. i downloaded a new version of SMAPI but its gotten worse now only a line apperars on my tool bar to indicate its opening but then it crashes. normal unmodded stardew loads but have i broken my modded one? how do i fix all this?

Well this log states you're still on v1.5.4 with a very old SMAPI.
If you're still on v1.5.4 of SDV; then you'll want to update per the "Suggested fixes". At the top of your log.

However, being on Steam; it's probably auto-updated. So, you'll want the latest SMAPI - https://smapi.io/
I'd really recommend a clean reinstall of SMAPI & your mods, but once done.
You should get a new log, and see what it tells you to update. As many mods are going to need fixes.

Could you be a bit more specific on which you tried?
Did you just do the "Suggested Fixes", or update SMAPI from the site? Or perhaps a clean reinstall of everything?
All of the above?

And, could you post a new log.
