Edit: Solved! The warning is annoying, but safe to ignore. Older custom maps that replace vanilla farms don't have newer tilesheets expected by the game, so SMAPI adds them automatically and the maps should function correctly. Leaving this here in case it can be of reassurance to anyone in the future.
I isolated the custom map and its requirements (Content Patcher and DaisyNiko's tilesheets) to ensure no other mods could be causing this issue. It replaces the Four Corners Map.

Running a test file as I always do before starting anew with new mods. When loading up my save I get this warning from SMAPI about missing tilesheets:
[05:54:19 WARN Content Patcher] SMAPI fixed maps loaded by this mod to prevent errors. See the log file for details.
[05:54:19 TRACE SMAPI] Fixed broken map replacement: Content Patcher loaded 'Maps/Farm_FourCorners' without a required tilesheet (id: spring_outdoorTileSheet_extra, source: Maps\spring_outdoorTileSheet_extra).
[05:54:19 TRACE SMAPI] Fixed broken map replacement: Content Patcher loaded 'Maps/Farm_FourCorners' without a required tilesheet (id: v16_Outdoors2, source: Maps\spring_outdoorsTileSheet2).
The map seems to load in just fine, but how do I make this warning go away?
I've also verified the game files and tried to find other solutions but I'm out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.
