Hello, unsure if this is in the right place. Just wanted to share an idea for a mod I had.
I know plenty of people have done similar mods before, but I thought it would be cool to have the Pepper Rex as a barn animal and give it its own unique uses.
Except it can't go in a normal Barn; Barns are made of wood and Pepper Rexes breathe fire.
So I would introduce a new material, a stone version of Hardwood; Corestone. Drops from the large boulders on the farm, meteorites and the large stones in Skull Cavern at least 30 levels deep.
Stone Barn materials; 500 Stone, 100 Clay, 100 Corestone, 50,000 Gold. Only one size, holds the same as a Deluxe Barn.
Pepper Rex can be hatched from a Dinosaur Egg in an Ostrich Incubators. Dino Eggs can be incubated normally for the coop Dinosaur as normal. You can only have one Pepper Rex on your farm, similar to a Horse.
The Pepper Rex hatches as a Dinosaur and grow into a Rex after 16 nights if fed everyday. Fully grown, the Rex can drop Dinosaur Eggs or rarely, Rex Scales. Scales can be used with Iridium Bars and Solar Essence to make a Burning Ring, which renders you immune to fire damage, and are used in a new cooking recipe, Feast of Dragons. You can also use Scales to craft the Rex Horn, an item that can summon your Rex friend to be a battle companion in the mines, Skull Cavern or the Volcano. It comes with a health bar which when depleted it will simply return to the Stone Barn to rest.
