Missing watering can

Hi I have a question: is there a way to retrieve or replacea missing watering can? I have
Looked in chests, fridges, Lewis’s lost and found, Marlon’s retrieval services ànd I cannot find it. I cannot enter the volcano mines without it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

It’ll never be at the Raven, tools are either somewhere in a container or considered by the game to be completely lost and then replaced at Lewis’ lost and found with basic versions
