Missing pawns

Hello farmers, i've receive the game yesterday trough mail, after openning it I checked everything more than once and it's missing the player pawns and spouse pawns, instead i've received double dice bag's (photo attached).
I already filled the Parts Replacement Form, but since i'm from Europe, Portugal specifically will my request be attended or they have difficulties like to shipping to the UK.

Well not much you can do besides that sadly. The board game isn't exactly the most popular or well maintained part of the SDV ip so yeah it's not exactly blazing fast. You shouldn't have much issue being in Europe tho.
