Switch Missing ground textures on the northern part of Ginger Island

In the area where the Island Field Office and the entrance to the Volcano Dungeon are located, the ground textures are missing. All of its functions (even the hidden walnuts) are still working so its really just the ground that’s empty. Aside from this bug, all of the other new background art is okay and the update is functioning fine. Is there any way I can fix this myself somehow?
