Forest Farm (Mildly modded story farm) Willa's Self Sufficent Farm

Greetings, salutations, hello, hi.
Back in 2016, Willa embarked on a three-year journey of being a self-sufficient farmer, and avoid people as much as possible. No seed buying. Just backpack, fishing pole and glancing at the wandering merchant's pig to wonder how good it tastes.
Season 1
She's at it again and redid her transformation slightly.

Day 1 upload of the farm, using a Rosalie's Enchanted Forest map, and I do have mods, after a lot of tinkering to install.
Farm
As before, my farming won't start up without mixed/wild seeds and chickens. She found an old journal from a certain wizened alchemist of note that mayonnaise is a very profitable item to sell.

I did 6 days as a test run of this seed (where do I find that in my save?!) over the last two days.
I had very good fortune on day 1 and got 9 mixed seeds. However this week my spring onion luck has been abysmal.
Two rain days though. Not bad, not bad.

Nearly hit fisher by day 7, so I have a chest full of fish to sell and am clinging ot chump change atm.
I did miss the trader on Friday because I wasn't paying attention, but it was just a sandfish, nothing too interesting. (I used Stardewpredictor, because if I missed the red cabbage first week, I'd cry).

Its a good thing I waited to ship out all those fish until I had fisher perk, because for a 2 row haul of fish, I got 10.1k. more when not sleepy

This is my kind of farm, but also why my farms never get anywhere unless I have some coattails to ride in multiplayer :D Good luck, fellow hermit.

End of spring update:
Who is that human with straw growing out of their head? Can I eat it?
Thus, Willa pursued throwing daffodils at the strawheaded female. Not enough to be able to dance with, but to open a jar and be thanked. What an odd choice of...thing. She also has been trying to feed the beardy old sponge who lives on the mountain with spring onions. He taught her how to make a fish taco. The drunk old strawhead female at the bar likes having parsnips, is it because she's snippy?
She's been bounding in and out of the pools of water to fetch all the forage options she could and hoarding fish like a mad human. Finally making it to the 20th floor of the cave. However the lake outside holds bounty of gems beneath it. Do these fish poop gems and ore?
Bag is fully upgraded and has two grown chickenbirds.

I see somebody is a clever Egg Hunter as well as hairstylist. I have that hair in one of my saves but my conclusion is it doesn't go well with many of the game's hats. I tool a good long look through the coiffure options on the current save and did manage to find one which is complemented well by many game hats. I believe it's in the 50s. Current look sans hat:

That mod for extra ring slots seems even more overpowered in the context of 1.5 though.
