Mega modded playthrough

As someone who has spent a lot of time on console so never exploring the world of mods what are some good mods for a playthrough where I want to add as much content as possible? They can be anything from mods for new villages, new crops and machines or QOL improvements, thank you all for any suggestions!

♡ hi ! i just recently modded my game on pc (been playing vanilla on console though) and although not all the mods i installed worked, still it looks very cute. but i'm using fishing mods, swimming mods too.
