Windows Max Energy Value Not Correlating with Stardrop Count

Hey, I play Stardew Valley on Steam on co-op and we came back to the game after four years and have not modded the game. The last update I recall having was update 1.3

I have 6/7 Stardrops. According to my records and https://mouseypounds.github.io/stardew-checkup/ to validate it, this is the only one I need:

Andromeda has received 6 of 7 stardrops. Mystery Of The Stardrops (find every stardrop) -- need 1 more Stardrops left: Reward for completing the Museum collection.

However, I have 440 out of 508 max energy. I read in the Stardew Valley wiki that a bug allowed a stardrop to be put into the inventory, but they have since fixed it. Being the hoarder I am, I could have put it in the inventory somewhere. But I assume that after the fix, that stardrop would be gone. Additionally, more content was added increasing the amount of fish people have to catch before obtaining the stardrop for Master Angler. Given that I already have the letter from Willy for Master Angler, I don't think he'll resend it with a stardrop after I catch the 5 new fish since update 1.3

I am owed 34 energy (I should have 464) and I don't know how to get it.
