Master angler achievement

I'm working towards perfection for my longest farm and have noticed that while I have caught at least one of all the items on the fishing tab, I still don't have the Master angler achievement. I don't think its a syncing issue as I have had them all caught for a while now and don't have any mods for my account either. (I play on the Xbox)

Could I get some possible solutions?

I'm missing the Xbox achievement as I already have the mystery of the stardrops Xbox achievement
