Making Joja a little more nuanced: Add Dobson back, rewrite Morris, write Joja girl

There was originally going to be a second named Joja employee in the game with the name Dobson, who was removed for being a little too mean for the overall vibe of the game. I think this had more negative results than positive.

Without Dobson, there are a few things around town that just make less sense. I think he should be responsible for:

- throwing rocks at Linus' tent and destroying his living space.

- Morris' letter to Pierre. Maybe it still came from Morris but the 5g/hour position suggestion was a Dobson idea?

-the scene where Morris hands out coupons in Pierre's. This feels a lot more aggressive than anything else Morris has done and just a little out of character.

-Morris vs. Pierre bare knuckle boxing with George in the crowd. Dobson would be likelier to actually fight someone and after he gets punched into orbit, he could either be

I think having Dobson to be the bad guy while Morris is just competition to Pierre would make things more believable. Dobson is younger and might want to do more to get promoted within the company and gain a store manager position in Zuzu City since he didn't seem to think much of pelican town in the original bus intro scene. He could be reassigned to a position as whoever bills the player for when Joja saves the farmer from exhaustion and could later be the one who benefits from the parrots.

Morris on the other hand could be a much more sympathetic character without these scenes. Maybe Morris asked Dobson to pass the coupons out around town but didn't tell him to go straight to Pierre's, and maybe if the joja mart sold more items like the pizza Shane mentions finding in the back freezer, Morris could mention that Joja both brought jobs to town and made some products to town that the townsfolk wouldn't be able to buy at all otherwise. He definitely wouldn't think the townsfolk would've been able to get any of the joja membership rewards without the company swooping in and offering the paid service, since none of the townsfolk know about the junimos (the wizard isn't in town).

I think Morris having a focus on both running a successful, efficient business and making things better for the townsfolk could also give him a place to stay in the community after the joja mart closes. (Physically, he really needs an apartment though. Maybe the fenced in area above Clint's could be replaced with a building in an update and the lockbox could be moved beside Clint's shop?) If Dobson got the joja parrot cutscene instead of Morris (and maybe some interactions with Fizz), Morris could stay in town and become the general manager of the Movie Theatre.

Finally, the Joja Mart Cashier who later seems to work at the movie theatre could become the moral opposite of Dobson and the canon pairing for Shane. She could have some scenes where she talks to the farmer, Shane or Morris about Dobson's general dickishness and Morris being the one who opens the movie theatre could also explain how she got the job there -- he knew she was a.good employee.

Both she and Morris could be a romancable for the farmer as well, since Morris would be staying in town and she would become an actual character.

Fun fact, a mod called Stardew Valley: Expanded actually has the JojaMart Cashier romanceable. Her name is Claire. In fact, Expanded massively improves Joja a lot.
