Loading times increased during winter

For some reason, my game runs perfectly smooth all seasons and when winter hits, the loading times between areas and buildings increase and I don't know why. I've looked this up but no one seemed to have a straightforward answer, I thought it might be SVE, but my game never slows down until winter? Here's my modlist incase it helps

Hi, I found out that this problem is partially solved by removing the mod "[CP] Elle's Seasonal Buildings" and is completely solved if you additionally remove the mods "[CP] Seasonal Cute Characters", "[CP] Seasonal Cute Characters SVE" :(
At least I had it like this

Perhaps it's not about specific mods, but a large number of them
