Little symbol on wall in farm cave?

Maybe I didn't notice it earlier, & with the update I've been more on alert for changes & details. But has this always been there? (See attachment). It looks like a little cuckoo clock to me. Doesn't seem to DO anything...

As Ben said it’s a lantern, just there for the aesthetic purpose and to break the monotony of a stone wall presumably
