Android Level 5 in foraging but no cookout??

The updated requirement for the cookout kit crafting recipe is foraging level 3, and as the title says, I have reached foraging level 5 and have not unlocked the crafting recipe. Is this a bug or is the requirement actually different?

You are on mobile so you are still on 1.5 which does not have the update which changed it to level 3
