Late Birthday Gifts give partial bonus

When you forget (or are too busy) to give someone a gift on their birthday, you should be able to give them a gift the next day for partial bonus. Perhaps 4x friendship points for the belated birthday gift instead of 8x. Giving them a gift one day before their birthday could have the same 4x multiplier.

I think that'd be pretty cool, it's simple and allows for a little bit of freedom. I agree with the early birthday gift, too.

The only issue I see with this is that usually birthdays allow for a 3rd gift in a week, maybe another little penalty is that this late birthday gift would always count for the 2 max gifts per week.
