Windows Jumpy Game

No matter what save file I'm on its jumpy where it almost seems laggy. It happens with and without mods. I've tried the vsync and adjust the hrtz and the refresh rate but nothing helps. I have the most updated version.

Try zooming in the game further, it may simply be a matter of your graphics card being incapable of keeping up with the things on screen, which can lead to a choppy appearance on screen (since stardew doesn't really take more resources when it needs it, I've noticed)
